We can help you find the home or property of your dreams, based on your criteria at a price you can afford in the neighbourhood of your preference. We will make all appointments and privately show you any properties you are interested in as well as obtain the operating costs in order to ensure the affordability of the home. We will, on your behalf negotiate with either the Seller's Listing Representative or the Seller himself if the home you prefer is for sale by the owner.
